When I posted that the full plan hadn't been announced yet, it was just a Breaking News headline. I'm very pleased that, not only will our shipping costs go down, but that I can buy a few thousand "forever" stamps and be set for all eternity

Replace the ##### with the person's member number which you can find under their login on every post they made.

It has also done that many times for a variety of reasons that had nothing to do with an impending crash.
